Meet NXPowerLite Desktop, an advanced compression program for PDF, Microsoft Office, JPEG and ZIP files to reduce the size of email attachments. The program is particularly effective at compressing PDF documents, Office files, and images. Zip files are compressed less efficiently. You can download NXPowerLite Desktop below.
Optimized files stay in the same format – PDF stays PDF. It will look and work like the original, only the size will be much smaller.
How does the file optimization work in the program?
Rather than attempting to compress the entire document as it does with zip compression, the program compresses each element in the document to determine which can be compressed first. It removes excess material from a file without compressing it. Often times, images are inserted into PDF files of a size that is much larger than necessary and the program resizes the image to the most appropriate size. It also adjusts the compression quality of JPEG images and removes various unnecessary meta information (IPTC, EXIF, XML, etc.).
The program works the same with Office documents. Proven official Adobe compression technologies are also used.
The program can be integrated with emails to reduce your attachments before forwarding them. It is very easy to work with the program: drag and drop the desired file into the window, select one of the 5 predefined optimization profiles (you can create your own) and click the Optimize button. In this case, the original file is replaced with an optimized file and a backup of the original is saved in the same location with the type name appended to the name (NXPowerLite backup). The program can also be viewed in automatic mode and find ways to optimize the content of documents. It’s useful and useful to you, especially if you send letters with attachments frequently – it saves traffic. Download and use, good luck tweaking your attachments.
